Information, not advice

The site describes Supersoniq’s services in general terms. Nothing on it is legal, tax, financial or brokerage advice, an offer to buy or sell data, or a promise of any price, outcome or timeline. Supersoniq is not a law firm or a data buyer.

No client relationship

Contacting us through the site doesn’t make you a client. A client relationship begins only when you and Supersoniq sign an engagement agreement, and that agreement governs our work and our fee.

What you send us

Please don’t send customer records, credentials or other sensitive information through the site. We treat inquiries with care, but what you send through the site isn’t covered by a confidentiality agreement until we sign one. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it to send spam or malicious code.

Our content

The text, illustrations, logo and design of the site belong to Supersoniq or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but don’t copy, change or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

No warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supersoniq isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be heard in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies from the day it’s posted.
