What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Supersoniq (“we,” “us”) represents companies that license their data to AI labs and other buyers. This policy covers the personal information we collect through sellsidedata.com (the “site”) and when you contact us. If you become a client, your engagement agreement also governs how we handle your company’s information.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your work email or phone number, your company and role, and what you tell us about your company, such as its size, years in operation, the systems it runs and whether a buyer has approached you. We also receive anything you write in a message or an email.
- Unfinished inquiries. The contact form saves your contact details as soon as you enter them, so we can follow up if you stop before finishing. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
- Calls and messages. If you call, text or message us, including on WhatsApp, we receive your number and what you send. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it.
- Sign-ups. If you sign up for updates, or ask for market notes and materials on the contact form, we receive your email address.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request, to deliver and secure the site.
Please don’t send customer records, credentials or other sensitive information through the site. If we need details about your systems, we’ll ask for them under a confidentiality agreement.
How we use it
- To reply to you and work out whether we can help.
- To follow up on an inquiry you started but didn’t finish.
- To prepare for and carry out an engagement, if you choose to work with us.
- To send market notes, materials and updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We don’t pass your company’s details to buyers without your approval.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the site, process form submissions and handle email for us, under terms that limit how they can use it.
- Advisers and partners you approve, such as counsel or anonymization partners, when that’s part of an engagement.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A successor, if Supersoniq is reorganized, merged or sold, who must handle it in line with this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from the site itself rather than a third party. If we measure traffic, we use cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you or following you to other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you and to keep a reasonable record of our business, and then delete them. Sign-up addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may have further rights under local law. Email ben@supersoniq.co and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Where it’s processed
Supersoniq is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
