For sellers

A training license, not a sale of the company.

An AI lab doesn’t need to own your company. It needs a defined package of how the company actually works, so a model can learn from real operations rather than the public web alone.

What changes hands.

Designed so the business is not the product.

What is licensed

A defined corpus for model training, drawn from agreed systems, a date range and an approximate volume. It’s documented as a package. It is not the live business.

What is removed

Identifiers, trade secrets, proprietary logic and other sensitive IP are removed during collection, not after a buyer has the files.

What you keep

Your systems and the originals. A license doesn’t transfer title to the data, and nothing is released until you approve the package, the buyer and the terms.

Four steps, from inventory to close.

From the first call to the signed license.

  1. 01

    Confidential inventory

We map your systems, date range, approximate volume and any constraints, such as customer records, source code or employee data you want left out.

  2. 02

    Scope and package

Together we decide what can leave and what stays out. Specialist counsel reviews the scope, and anonymization partners prepare and document the package.

  3. 03

    Competitive process

We take the package to qualified buyers, including AI labs, model developers and data intermediaries, and gather offers you can compare on price, rights, exclusivity and term. Buyers see an anonymous profile first, and your name goes only to buyers you approve, under NDA.

  4. 04

    License and close

You approve the package, the buyer and the terms. The package is licensed for model training, you’re paid, and our fee comes from the proceeds.

Everyone in the room has one job.

Supersoniq is not a law firm, an anonymization vendor or a buyer.

Supersoniq
Represents you. Runs the inventory, the scope, the buyer process and the negotiation, and coordinates every other party.
Specialist counsel
Reviews the license, privacy and rights. Introduced before any package leaves.
Anonymization partners
Collect the agreed scope, remove identifiers and sensitive IP, and document what the package contains.
The buyer
Licenses the package to train models. Not the right to operate your product, contact your customers or take your systems.
